Orthodontics, when am I entitled to an additional reimbursement from the mutuality?
Up to and including the age of 21, most mutualities provide a supplementary reimbursement.
Every mutuality has certain rules about when and how much they reimburse. So we cannot answer questions about this on their behalf. You can often find this information on your mutuality’s website.
You often have to apply separately to your mutuality for reimbursement from its supplementary insurance. This does not always happen automatically.
