How do I apply for a direct debit?

A direct debit has the advantage that you do not have to make separate transfers to pay your premium. By means of a direct debit mandate, you can give us permission to collect your premium via your bank account.

There was not enough money in my account when the direct debit had to be paid: what should I do?

Our institution can only submit the amount to your bank once. If there are not enough funds available, a transfer form will be sent to you and you will have to pay the amount to Vanbreda yourself.
