How do I provide notification of a hospitalisation via the Vanbreda app?
How do I provide notification of a hospitalisation via the Vanbreda app?
Go to the Home screen.
At the bottom you find the menu Declarations, tap on it.
If you didn’t declare an admission to hospital yet, the screen will be empty.
If you already declared hospitalisations previously (by letter, mail, website or app), they will be shown in the overview.
Tap on
in the upper right corner to declare a new hospitalisation.
