When you can submit costs depends on the context of your medical costs. Below you will find an overview of when you can submit your costs.

Provide us with the complete hospitalisation invoice with the detailed calculation of the costs. A transfer form alone is not enough. We will check whether an intervention is possible according to the policy conditions. We'll get you a statement and we'll transfer the amount to your account.

We cannot accept any charges sent via an external link, such as Google Drive or WeTransfer. The easiest way to submit costs is via the Vanbreda Healthcare app.
