I am incapacitated, but could not submit my guaranteed income declaration within 4 weeks. What should I do?

Submit your declaration as soon as possible, even if the submission deadline of 4 weeks has expired. As long as Vanbreda Risk & Benefits is able to carry out the necessary checks about your incapacity for work, we can work on your file.

If we cannot evaluate your request anymore, then your file will be refused. We will advise you of that decision.

Tip: submit your declaration as soon and as complete as possible, by adding the certificate of your mutuality and/or a medical certificate. Preferably use the online declaration form. That way, we can process your request efficiently and will also be able to pay you out quickly. Online requests are usually processed within 10 working days.
