I have lost my Medi-Link card and was admitted to hospital, now what?

You are going to be admitted to hospital and you cannott find your Medi-Link card? Via the Vanbreda app, you always have your medical cards digitally at hand. In the app you will find the digital version of your Medi-Link card, your Assi-Link card and your AssurPharma barcode.

You can also declare your admission without the Medi-Link card via the app, or via the declaration form on the website. As soon as your request is accepted by us, you will receive a confirmation letter and a 010 identification number. On the day of your admission, you must provide this 010 number when you register at the hospital. The hospital can use this 010 number to confirm Medi-Link's direct billing arrangement.

Did you report your hospitalisation? Then we will send you a confirmation that your file has been accepted, and you will receive a 010 number from us. You can use this 010 number when you log in at the reception desk of the hospital.
