How do I affiliate someone?

How do I arrange an individual continuation?

Individual continuation is only possible after your affiliation to the collective medical plan (via your employer) has been terminated. Within one month of the end of your collective plan, you must complete the application for an individual continuation.

How do I apply for a direct debit?

A direct debit has the advantage that you do not have to make separate transfers to pay your premium. By means of a direct debit mandate, you can give us permission to collect your premium via your bank account.
