What if I cannot find the hospital in the list?
- Fill in the name, location or zip code of the hospital.
- If you can’t find the hospital in the list, then you can fill in part of the name. The app will automatically suggest several hospitals.
- If the hospital can’t be found, you go to the menu More – Contact & Support at the bottom of the screen to contact us:
- Either via the contact form
- Or by telephone
