What if I cannot find the reason for admission or the disorder in the list?
- Fill in the reason for your admission using a main word, such as ‘heart’, ‘tooth’, etc.
The app will then show you a list of frequently occurring treatments or diseases you can select from. - You can’t find the reason for your admission in the list? Then you can fill it in with free text and submit it (up to 60 characters).
