Why does Vanbreda ask for additional information or a medical report of my admission?

In some cases, the medical adviser will need additional information in order to be able to process your application. In that case, he will ask for additional information and you will be informed. The medical adviser uses this information to be able to assess whether your admission is eligible under the policy conditions of your insurance. Without that information, we can't process your report.

Vanbreda is not entitled to request this information directly from your treating physician. That is why we are asking you to contact your doctor. We will provide you with a description of the additional information we need to handle your file. We ask you to request this information from your doctor, and to provide it to us.
